Rental Minimum:
There is a TWO (2) night minimum reservation required for all Golf Cart units during Peak Season (Mar 1st thru Oct 31st). Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day) require a THREE (3) night minimum.

Cancellations:
Specific Cancellation Policy depends on type of camping rental (either Campsites or Lodging). See below for details.

Cancellation with Campsites:
We will return your deposit minus a [[CancellationFee]] service charge if you cancel [[MinCampsiteCancelDays]] or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel SEVEN (7) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation with Lodging:
We will return your deposit minus a [[CancellationFee]] service charge if you cancel [[MinLodgingCancelDays]] or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN(14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation Holidays:
We will return your deposit minus a [[CancellationFee]] service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.

All golf cart renters are required to sign the Golf Cart Liability Waiver.
